The facilitation experts at The National Summit will orient members, and lead them through the agenda’s Innovation Theatres, and the Leadership Boardrooms to produce key deliverables of the following components of the future scenario:

“LEBANON in a World @ Risk”: Outlines the wishes, visions, strategies, actions, measures of success and trends to developing a creative and prosperous Lebanon.

• Oumniyati: A program that inspires each member to make one wish, and the pledge to take action to make it come true within 12 months.
• Vision and Strategies: A social, environmental, and economic vision of LEBANON 2020, and the winning strategies for each of the key areas of the National Agenda.
• Actions: A compilation of the top 10 actions, per sector, to include: banking, tourism, media, environment, education, energy, health, and creative industries. A declaration to be signed by all dedicated members pledging to take action.
• Measures of Success: A list of the “must-achieve” measures by the new government.
• Lebanon Innovation Boards: On-site election for the co-chairs, trustees and members for: The Lebanon Social Innovation Board; The Lebanon Environmental Innovation Board; and, The Lebanon Economic Innovation Board. The Boards and their representative taskforces will be the primary interface for the new government of LEBANON 2020, and the voice of The New Frontier for Lebanon.
• Lebanon Briefing Room: Visual architecture for commanding and controlling the success of the social, environmental, and economic agendas. The Room is designed to be the catalyst for communicating progress to all registered members (and long-term for the public) on period basis to facilitate transparency and ensure accountability. The design of the Room can also be personalized by Lebanese companies to manage their own performance across key markets.
